ACCOUNT MANAGER – MONTREAL, QUEBEC

Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with performers;
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with and help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings;
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts;
- Forecast and track key account metrics;
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships;
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams;
- Optimize and grow the exposure of client social media and fan platforms;
- Support content strategy and growth initiatives;
- Create and manage the different content channels on different platforms;
- Manage a schedule of uploads and updates of the content of the different channels;
- Upload and optimize content across different platforms for optimal exposure;
- Write descriptions and tags using the right keywords for optimal visibility;
- Manage content requests and receipt of content to ensure efficient delivery;
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the different channels;
- Create monthly and weekly reports on the performance of the content and its performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work effectively
alone; - Comfortable with technology and web applications;
Bilingual (written and spoken, French and English. English is required). - Creative. Organized. Curious and motivated to learn!
